Outing to Aston Pottery

Fifteen members of Abingdon Fitzharrys WI went to Aston Pottery on a bright, sunny day last week.  The borders were looking glorious and a lot of time was spent wandering along them and admiring the vivid colours and the clever planting, with much discussion on plant names and varieties. Then it was time for lunch in the excellent café, followed by a chance to browse the shop.  Thanks due to Dawn for organising everything and looking after everyone so well and thanks to all the drivers who got us there and back.
