Too hot to handle!
The updated Oxfordshire Inspires magazine delivery status starts this month. I want to say a big thankyou to Karen who delivers many of your Oxfordshire Inspires magazines while out and about on her early morning dog walks. We don’t want you to miss out on the many trips and events offered by the Oxfordhsire Federation of WIs (OFWI).
Many of you are busy-busy trying to pack it all in while summer is here, but we hope you will find time to come to our annual garden party on Wednesday 5 August.
We are hoping to have news soon about how we spend £300 Bursary we won for our WI. Keep Friday 9 April 2027 free!
I am happy to confirm that the defibrillator donated by David Wilson Homes to the Northcourt Centre will be installed in an unlocked cupboard in the foyer. At a recent meeting of the Northcourt Centre committee several decisions were made, including fixing the boiler so we can have hot water in the kitchen tap. They are looking for two more Trustees to serve. Meanwhile the main focus is obtaining grants and raising money for a new roof. We must look after this much valued facility and give support when needed.

Art Group Every second and fourth Monday of the month at Northcourt Centre. Contact Viv.
June Monthly Meeting Tuesday 9 June – a talk on “The Whytham Project ‘’ with Bob Evans.
Afternoon Garden party in Radley Wednesday 5 August. Offers of cake and raffle prizes please!
Jubilee Group meeting in Drayton Village Hall at 7.30pm. Details to follow.
