Enjoy the sunshine!
Several of our members seemed to be elsewhere or too busy last month, but many of those who came to our April meeting went home to sort out STUFF after an inspirational talk by Jane Fletcher.
We do hope to improve the quality of the sound-system. It drives me mad.

Welcome to Janet who joined us last month. We are now 46. Do chat to a new face and make them welcome.
I am really excited about the new growth in the garden and spend as much time as possible outside.

At the May meeting don’t forget to pick up the new programme along with your copy of Oxfordshire Inspires, the Oxfordshire Federation of WI’s monthly magazine. The sales table will be for plants and cuttings please, as well as the usual books, puzzles and unwanted presents. We are going to be entertained by Nicola Pratley giving us “My Life in Song” – she is good, I promise you.

Sunday 4 May 2pm onwards Coffee Club Coffee Aroma, High Street, Abingdon.  All welcome.
Craft Group  Last Friday in the month at Northcourt Centre. Contact Hilary.
Art Group Every 2nd and 4th Monday morning in the Morgan Room at Northcourt Centre. There are 2 vacancies. Contact Viv.
Welfare Officer contact Hilary about any members who are poorly and might like a visit.

Tuesday 24 June Visit to Ardley Recycling Centre. Put your name down on the list if you are interested.

Saturday 12 July  trip to see Matinee performance of Jesus Christ Superstar  by the Oxford Operatic Society at Oxford Playhouse
